Support Staff

As practice administrator Sheila oversees the financial aspects of the business and is always on hand to sort out queries or problems.

Donna has a thorough knowledge of veterinary practice including small and farm animal accounts, medicines, products and pet passports.

Kath has a great deal of experience having worked for the business for a number of years. Her roles include account management, pet passports and insurance claims.

Donna joined the practice in Oct 2007. She is mainly involved in support staff duties and is responsible for the ministry paperwork. Donna enjoys working with horses and motorbiking in her spare time.

In September 2008 Sheila started at the practice and she assists in support staff duties. At home she enjoys gardening, baking and spending time with her grandson.

Wendy works on the front desk, when not working Wendy is either horse riding or watching her favourite football team, Queen of the South.

Nicky takes care of stock control as well as routine drug and equipment orders. Nicky loves baking and is very good at it too, having regular success with her baking at Dryfe Valley Show.

Catriona has 15 years experience in the veterinary and pharmaceutical industry and is professionally qualified to advise and prescribe certain routine veterinary medicines i.e. fluke and worm treatments.
