Lindsey Thomson RVN
Veterinary nurse
Lindsey joined the practice in 2008, qualifying from the Barony College as a Registered Vet Nurse in January 2011. She is a graduate from the University of Glasgow, where she studied zoology. Lindsey loves working with all animals, especially cats. She enjoys lots of outdoor activities, particularly cycling and rugby.

Gillian Graham RVN
Head Veterinary Nurse
Gill came to the practice in 2006 as a student vet nurse and completed her Barony training in 2008. She is now a Clinical Coach, training student VNs and an examiner for the SRUC (Barony campus). Gill is involved in all aspects of small animal care and is happy to advise on puppy and kitten care, nutrition, weight management and post-operative care.

Shannon Armstrong RVN
Veterinary Nurse
Shannon is one of our vet nurses. In Shannon’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her pet goats (Coco and Apricot) and horse “Miffie”

Hayley Parkin RVN
Veterinary Nurse
Hayley qualified from Barony SRUC in September 2021. In her sparetime she likes spending time with her guinea pigs and playing her guitar.

Hope McFadzean RVN
Veterinary nurse
Hope started with us on reception in 2018 before studying to become a Veterinary Nurse at SRUC Barony. In her spare time she enjoys caring for her two horses, spending time with friends and walking her dogs, Sizzles the Teckel and Flash the black labrador.

Emma Clark RVN
Veterinary nurse
Emma joined us in May 2023 as a student nurse and graduated from SRUC Barony in 2025. In her spare time she enjoys baking, looking after her many house plants and seeing friends. She also enjoys travelling home to Tarbert so she can visit her family and labrador Callie.

Chris Stevens RVN
Veterinary nurse
Chris joined us in May 2024 as a student vet nurse. In his spare time you will find him on the golf course and he loves to travel, having visited 20 countries!

Alex Graham

Alex joined us in 2023 as a nursing assistant, away from work you will find Alex looking after her 12 dogs, many chickens and soon to be two horses.

Kayleigh Smith

Kayleigh joined us in 2023 as a nursing assistant. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as hiking the Munros with her two labradors.
